We have finally been upgraded to the latest bulletin board software.

This will give us greater scope for further development and should be easier to navigate. The refuseniks have no excuse but to join us here.

You will see we have a new gallery space where users can post their own pictures. This can be used to post your best work, but for a Photographic Society it will be of use to demonstrate interesting techniques or ask for suggestions for improvements to your pictures. You can control who sees your pictures.

It is now down to me to tailor the interface and navigation to make it even easier to use. Details of any problems I encounter will be posted on the site. Please do likewise if you encounter any difficulties.

All suggestions for improvement will be appreciated.

I've looked at the Gallery but I cannot for the life of me find the way to upload photographs. The two I posted are lodged with Flickr and to keep bandwith down it's probably the best option. Posting is easy using the img switches and paste the properties of where you have a stored your photo.
